During the six years before joining Accrual Equity Partners, Clive has led the adoption of a business operating system as an Integrator at three companies. As VP of Business Development at Kaizen Collision Center, he helped the company through an ambitious, private equity backed, expansion into a national platform scaling operations, building infrastructure, and cultivating a performance-focused culture.
Born and raised in Devon, England, Clive has lived in California since 2019 and is now a proud U.S. citizen. He and his wife share life with their adult son and their beloved miniature dachshund. Clive’s unconventional journey and people-first leadership style continue to fuel his passion for helping others to build stronger, more resilient businesses.
