As an Operating Partner at Accrual Equity Partners, Jason takes an execution-focused approach, partnering with portfolio companies to conduct deep operational diagnostics, craft targeted improvement strategies, and drive initiatives that enhance profitability and scalability. He works closely with the Accrual Equity Partners team to optimize operations, turn around underperforming businesses, and elevate organizations to market-leading positions.

Jason is a seasoned executive and transformation leader with over 30 years of experience driving operational performance and business growth across a wide range of industries. He partners with businesses in niche and fragmented industries to unlock growth and build enterprise value. Anchored in principled leadership and a deep respect for people, Jason and his team cultivate agile, performance-oriented cultures informed by their entrepreneurial experience.

Jason’s career includes leadership roles at KPMG US, where he co-founded the Connected Commerce practice and served as the US Customer Lead for Consumer and Retail. Prior to that, he held operational roles in Marketing, IT, and HR at Verizon Wireless, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the intersection of business, people, operations, and technology.

Recognized as a digital pioneer, Jason has built a reputation for guiding executives through innovative, value-creating initiatives. Over the course of his career, he has delivered more than $350 million in topline revenue growth and cost savings as an executive, and more than $3 billion in value to clients as a consultant. His client portfolio spans private equity firms, start-ups, founders, and Fortune 500 companies, with annual revenues ranging from $100K to over $100B.

Jason lives in Southern California with his wife, where they raised their son and daughter. He is deeply committed to giving back through mentorship roles with The Honor Foundation and American Corporate Partners, and currently serves on multiple boards, including alongside his wife on the board of Floodways.
